Squeeze Page Optin

I’m a short sale investor looking for a real estate investor website service to help produce leads. Some of them out there seem very expensive. I’m looking for an inexpensive option that has all of the squeeze pages and free reports to use in a marketing campaign to generate short sale leads.

Anybody with a suggestion?

I’ve been working short sales for over a year. It’s important to get an effective web presence. Somebody mentioned working with Realtors. That’s a must too.

However, it’s easier to start working with Realtors when you bring them unlisted short sale prospects that you produced from marketing. Bring the leads to local agents and work them together. The easiest and cheapest way to do it is with a website service like you mentioned that has reports and squeeze pages.

I did a lot of research. There are some expensive programs out there. But I believe I found the best real estate investor website.

No up front cost and it has all of the things you need if you’re working short sales.

First i made sure that there’s really not any extra content by typing <CTRL><END> then pressing <BACKSPACE> i still had problems.
then, i Selected View -> Nonprinting Characters from the pull down menus (so that the choice is checked). This allowed me to see that there was a paragraph symbol at the top of the page ( ¶ ). I can’t delete it, i can’t shrink past 1 point and even at 1 point it will not squeeze it up onto the page before it. I don’t have a table in the document but everything is written in columns. can someone please help me?

Put the cursor to the left of (or above) that last ¶ symbol and press the Delete key until you delete it. If it still won’t delete, open another document, copy this document, but only to the last character you want, and paste into the new document. Then delete this document and save the new one as this one.

I have this confusion with blogs and squueze pages and how its content is to be distributed. What I keep having in my head pop up is why have a blog if you have a squeeze page.

Like if you have a squeeze page and you captured peoples address, they will still be receiving content from you. You can just kinda keep sending the information. Isn’t this the same as having a blog that has content except you are just getting it via e-mail. Why have a blog… I don’t get it. I hear money is in the list and I just see that a squeeze page is more beneficial. They will have everything in their face. Like an e-mail they get they will have it right in their face that you are promoting something and on the other hand with a blog, they have to look for that spot because of all distractions.

I’m just so confused… can some explain me the main goal purpose of each and what is each trying to do. I’m talking about a blog and a squeeze page where you get e-mails with content. Whats their take on what they’re trying to do.

Also if you have an optin form in your blog to get a free report or something, what else woulc you be sending them besides something to sell. If you are going to send content too, but why would you do that since all the content is on your blog. Can someone fix this confusion for me too.

Providing useful content along with a squeeze or sales page is I believe, mainly to satisfy search engines’ insistence that a site be a public service, even if using adwords PPC, a bare bones squeeze page may rate a low quality score if it lacks text matching the ad wording and certain minimal accommodation, like privacy policy, contact links and at least one off page link.

is there a good and natural way to integrate a blog and an email list in order to promote an affiliate offer?

Sure, on your blog offer something extra that is only available to email subscribers. Try to make it something that will be updated regularly to encourage them to stay subscribed instead of signing up to receive the extra and then unscubscribing right away.

I have limited investment for my online internet marketing and i need a free unlimited autoresponder for my squeeze page. I cannot afford the monthly charges on available autoresponders, please can someone help me find free unlimited autoresponder which can work on any server?

The godaddy exploit is good but you need a good mass email program and about ten domains to rotate the email through. Plus the domains can’t be registered with godaddy. They need to registered with a different company to keep under the radar. You can’t go wrong for 10 bucks a month and the ability send 20k emails a day. You will get flagged in a heart beat with everything at godaddy move it around. Use their hosting and thats it.

As stated pay the 20 bucks a month you can’t go wrong.

It depends on your budget. A few years back I used only Tech smith and
some free photos and made the a video squeeze page. But realized quite
fast that I was no professional in the design market for squeeze pages :).

Not sure if you heard of extreme web graphics? Anyway David who runs it
charge some crazy sums. Or actually he do fantastic pages that do sell. But
a few thousands is not for normal marketers can afford.

However he and Ken Walker recently launched a service where they provide
really nice looking video squeeze pages and they give you 5 of them every
month and it sure works well. I just started to use it but they are like 100
times better then I ever can make.

What is so powerful with their service is they also provide a follow-up system
for each product. So I found out that this was totally for me. Nice pages, squeeze
videos and a follow up system and the price is like pennies compared to what you
would need to pay if you do it yourself.

Has anyone used the new ‘Pay Per Download Profits’ebook package? I have seen the Master resell rights one but I would love to get the PLR version with the video squeeze page! But I can’t find it except at a few sites for 27-47 bucks! Anyone have a copy or know of where I can find it for less $$$ ?

i want my friends on my page to be squeezed.. i want them to to touch like to be skinny and be touched.. they are kinda seprated how do i do that>?? my layout probably doesnt do that but i like it so is there a code that will do that so it can be small and tight?

I have been under the impression that a one page resume is most preferred and that a multi-page resume is frowned upon. Is this true? I am currently editing my resume. I squeezed everything in to one page but the font is small… I’m not sure whether that is why I haven’t been receiving any response but I am currently thinking of redoing the entire layout and making the font size to 12. It will result in not being able to put every applicable job on my resume.

The maximum pages of a resume should be 2 and no more. It’ll just cause stress for the Manager to have to look through a pile of resumes and find each page.

The advantage for more pages in a resume is that you have more information about yourself, perhaps more qualifications and experience as to why it is longer. Disadvantages however is that if the manager is willing to hire you and she/he cannot find the other half of your resume, you’ve lost a chance there.

There is and always will be advantages and disadvantages of a resume, and you just have to make the right decision! My suggestion though if this helps, is to put your top 3 best job experiences you know will give a good reference or the top 3 jobs that relate to the sector you are applying for. You don’t have to give a whole list.
